Chris Wiesinger
Chris is a founding partner of One Rock, which was built with a focus on real estate, oil and gas, and other private equity investments. As a real estate broker, he enjoys helping clients think creatively and strategically to unlock the full value or potential of land, commercial buildings, and other income producing properties. He was born in Lafayette, LA, and grew up in Houston, TX and Bakersfield, CA. Recently he has found himself assisting with many 1031 exchanges from California to Texas. Chris originally moved to Northeast Texas to start The Southern Bulb Company offering flower bulbs from his East Texas farm. He is lovingly married with 3 daughters that keep him on his toes!
Clint Covington
Clint Covington is a founding partner of One Rock. Prior to One Rock, Clint spent numerous years working in acquisitions, purchasing and sales for a major land and cattle company in Texas and working as a real estate agent in the greater East Texas market. Clint’s vast experience with land, commercial and residential transactions serves as a valuable resource for clients seeking to buy or sell property in the East Texas area. Clint resides in Troup, Texas with his wife, Kim, and their son and daughter. Clint holds a BS degree from Sam Houston State University.
Zac Williams
Zac Williams serves as an agent at One Rock's East Texas office. For 5+ years he has represented buyers and sellers in nearly every facet of real estate ranging from Farm and Ranch to commercial site selection. Zac graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Marketing in 2016.
Ryan Knape
Ryan Knape serves as One Rock's Lead Agent in the Houston area market. He is a former energy banker and real estate entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience. Ryan owned an $820M corporate loan book of independent exploration and production customers ($36M+ annual revenue) and P&L for corporate client relationships as senior relationship manager. Coordinated with equity capital markets, debt capital markets, commodity hedging, cash management, and interest rate hedging, with emphasis to up-tier and lead transactions. Ryan is married to Mackenzie, who manages their Grass Fed Beef company, with 3 kids residing on their ranch in Alvin, TX. Ryan has a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
Brad Gaultney
Brad Gaultney serves as One Rock’s Lead Agent in the North and Central Texas markets. He is a real estate and small business entrepreneur with over 15 years of retail and sales experience. Brad is married to Katie, a journalist for World Magazine, has four kids, and is an active member of Watermark Church in Dallas. Brad has a B.S. in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Ben Moore
Ben Moore is an agent at One Rock’s East Texas office. He has been involved in the real estate industry in this area since 2013. Since then he has excelled in the East Texas community receiving the “Rookie Realtor of the Year” award in 2016 from the Greater Tyler Association of Realtors. Ben and his wife Maggi also own Moore Custom Homes where they design and build houses throughout East Texas. He currently serves on the Board of Director’s for GTAR and is the 2021 Chairman of the Political Affairs Committee. He is also a member of the Tyler Area Builder’s Association - Political Affairs Committee. He has a BBA in Entrepreneurship from Belmont University and is a graduate of Leadership Tyler – Class 30. Ben and his wife live in Tyler and have one daughter.
Aaron Bertke
Aaron Bertke serves as a One Rock Agent in the East Texas market. Aaron has been an active member of his East Texas community since he was young and is excited to be turning that experience toward real estate. Aaron married Jocelyn, a nursing school major from University of Texas at Tyler, in August of 2021. He has a BBA in Finance with a financial planning concentration from Stephen F. Austin.
Nolan Willmon
Nolan Willmon serves as a One Rock Agent in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Nolan is a native Texan who has years of experience in customer service in the automotive industry. His commercial real estate ventures drew him to get his license in order to help others build their business. He resides in Azle, Tx with his wife Missy, and they have one son and one on the way. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from LeTourneau University.
